PDF| Acute flaccid paralysis (AFP) is a clinical syndrome characterized by rapid onset weakness, that many times includes respiratory and bulbar weakness.
Orginal Title: Toolbar Bug in Win81 Hi, This has really been bugging me since I bought my Surface Pro 3. Since the pixel density is high on the SP3, windows have to be scaled by 150% to look normal. That's fine, but when I add a second screen, for some reason some of the programs keep the%150 scaling (e.g. MS office, the Task Manager, Adobe Acrobat, etc.). Other programs such as Paint or Windows Explorer happily revert back to 100% scaling on the second screen. I show an example of MS PowerPoint and Explorer next to each other to show what I'm talking about. What is the deal here?!?

How can there be two behaviors for what seems like the same things? Just a few questions first, to get a clear picture of the issue;. What is the Screen Resolution on the Second Monitor?. What is Make and Model of the Second Monitor? I suggest to follow the method below and check if it helps to resolve the issue. Method 1: Change DPI Scaling of All Displays. Right click on an empty area of your desktop, and click on Personalize.
Click on the Display link on the bottom left side of Personalization. Check the Let me choose one scaling level for all my displays and click on Apply. Note: Once finished it is Recommended to Restart the computer to apply the changes.
To calibrate Display Settings, I would suggest you to follow below steps and check if it helps. On Surface Pro 3, uncheck the option Let me choose one scaling level for all my displays in Display settings. On Dell monitor set resolution lower then 1920 x 1080p. After lowering resolution of Dell monitor in step 2, go to Display settings and change the DPI Scaling to 150% of Dell monitor. Note: After making changes, check if all the programs are opening in right scaling. Please do let us know if you need further assistance, we’ll be glad to assist you.
Sorry it took me a while to get back to this. Unfortunately, I don't understand 'go to Display settings and change the DPI Scaling to 150% of Dell monitor.' First of all, I'm already at 150%. Secondly, I don't see any way to change the scaling on just the Dell monitor as you say to do. Finally, you never say to set the resolution back to native.
Are you implying that I would have to work with the monitors below native resolution??!? I'll note that this occurs consistently only with SPECIFIC programs (e.g Powerpoint, Adobe Acrobat). Other programs (Word, Excel, etc) don't have this problem. This fact suggests to me that it has nothing to do with the Dell monitor resolution settings and more to do with how these programs obtain scaling information from Windows. Please keep working on this! I use PPT and Acrobat a LOT and it's very disrupting to have all my documents tiny or super cropped because all the top/side bars take up most of the desktop!
